The magnificent OWA Entertainment Complex is slated to open in Foley Summer 2017. The 520+ acre master planned destination resort is located in Foley, Alabama at the intersection of Foley Beach Express and County Road 20.
The name of the Complex “OWA” was recently announced in early November. OWA means Big Water in Muscogee Creek Indian . The Development is a partnership between the City of Foley and the Poarch Band of Creek Indians Development authority formally known as the Creek Indian Enterprises Development Authority.
